Bardge Bridge

An HDR shot of the same bridge as in one of my other earlier images, this is again 3 images of the same bridge that I layered to give this finished image.

Buoy its Tranquil

Sitting admiring the views of the great lake Windermere on this bench taking snaps and thinking it needs a subject to take away the blandness of the image, so I used the bench.

This image was just edited slightly and a vignette, taken on my Nikon D7100 late one spring afternoon in 2014.

Thirlmere Lake District

Another HDR image, three images at alternate stops overlaid to give this look.

To the River

Another HDR image that is three images of the same subject but overlaid to create an image that has some interesting shadows and colours. Taken on my Nikon D7100.

Tarn Hows Gate

The horizontal and vertical lines in this image probably will get missed but the image is very structured. An HDR image comprised of three images at various stops on my Nikon D7100 and layered.

 

Lakes Wall

A simple shot taken on my Nikon D7100 that gives you a view of depth, lots of texture in this image which was taken at Tarn Hows in the Lake District.

On the Avon

Where I was whilst taking this image is something you can decide for yourselves, I can tell you it is on the river Avon. This is an image I really like and still need to work on a little to tidy some bits up.

Hidden

Playing with black & white HDR I created this image from one photo taken on my compact Sony DCH-HX20V. The bench seems to disappear into the wall and if you look hard enough you will see other 'things' but you really need to look.

Solitary Seat

Some good tones in this image taken on my Nikon D7100, 3 images layered to give the bark a good texture.

Bridge to nowhere

A simple photo taken at an angle to show a decent depth to the main focal image, the small amount of red within the sign draws your eye all the time once you have seen it. Image taken on my Nikon D7100.

Breaking Through

Taken on a gloomy day with not a lot of sunshine, pointing the camera at the sun just over the top of the old ruined mill and shooting several shots blind at different stops. These were then layered creating the HDR image you see here.
